Dear BYSA Coaches, Parents, and Players,
We apologize for the late email.
We've spent the last couple hours walking the fields to determine whether to hold games tomorrow or not. This has been a decision that has not been taken lightly. Our main concern and top priority is the safety of players on the field and also that of spectators. Since several still have puddles, mud, and standing water on them, we have determined the fields to be unsafe to play on and we have to close the fields.
Therefore, ALL BYSA GAMES FOR tomorrow JUNE 15 ARE CANCELLED. (Games will not be made up)
COACHES: Please contact all your players to ensure they have received this message...
We do have several fun things scheduled for our last week of games on JUNE 22:
* trophies will be distributed
*SILVER KNIGHTS players and mascot will be at the field all day to visit with players and to promote our SUMMER CAMP
*ICE CREAM Truck will be at McNamara
Please enjoy your weekend and we'll see you next Saturday..
