Dear BYSA Family, 

We wanted to provide an update on the fall session, which was intended to be a reschedule of what would have been our spring session.

Based on the current COVID-19 situation, we've decided to cancel fall session. Please know that this decision was made after a great deal of thoughtfulness and consideration. As a board, our primary mission is to get kids on the field playing soccer. Not playing now is disappointing for all of us, but the hope is that it contributes to a safer environment for play later.

To be clear, at this time all BYSA activities are cancelled. Coaches are not to resume practices, and no fall game schedule is forthcoming.

As schools reopen for classroom learning and school sports resume, we will monitor closely. We will look to come back strong in the spring of 2021. We hope to bring a bigger and better soccer season when we return.

The BYSA Board wishes everyone the best as we move into fall. We appreciate your participation and support of the program, and look forward to the time where we can all be back on the fields again.
