Fall 2017/Spring 2018 Season Information

BYSA's mission includes teaching the fundamentals, encouraging good sportsmanship, promoting team work, improving physical fitness, teaching respect and having fun.


Registration Fee – Registration Deadline is Saturday July 21st.
$75.00 - includes 6 games and 8 practices in both the Fall and the Spring. This also includes a uniform(jersey, shorts, & socks) and trophy. 
Please note: a player is not considered registered until full payment is received.

Late Registration
July 21st– July 31st:  Players can register online and will be added to teams until divisions and/or teams are full.  Each player will be subject to a $10 late fee.  Registration($75) and late fee($10) is due at time of online registration. 
August 1st – August 28th: 
Players may still register but will not be placed on teams until after the Coach’s Meeting (Rosters are handed out to coaches at this meeting).  If openings are available on a team in your child’s division, your child will be placed on a team.  Registration fee($75) plus $10 late fee will be charged at time of online registration.  BYSA cannot guarantee team placement if your child is registered during these dates.  If a team opening is not available, the registration fee($75) less a $10 non-refundable fee will be refunded to you. Please email [email protected] with any questions prior to registering after July 31.

If a player cancels registration before practices begin(by August 21),  a refund is issued less a $10 NON-REFUNDABLE fee and the $10 late fee, if applicable.

\Players that cancel their registration after practices begin, but before the first game, are entitled to a partial refund of $40 only if the uniform has NOT been washed or worn. If the uniform is returned to the coach and can be issued to another player on the waiting list, the partial refund will be sent within a 2 week time period.

If practices have begun and the uniform has been washed or worn then no refund can be issued. 

NO refunds will be issued after games begin(Sept 11)

Coaches Will Contact Players
Coaches will receive their team rosters at the Coach's Meeting in August.  The coaches will be contacting their players after this meeting.  This is when parents will find out what team their child has been placed on and which night practices will take place.  *** ROSTER CHANGES will NOT be permitted after this meeting****.

Practices are held one night a week at one of the area schools or parks from 6:00-7:00pm on a Monday - Thursday night. What night you have practice will depend on what team you are assigned to. When you register you can indicate if there are nights you are available for practice. 

For Spring 2019, teams will continue to practice at the same time and location as they do in Fall 2018.  Players will remain on the same team and cannot switch teams.

All games are on Saturdays and may start between 8:00am and 4:00pm. 

For the U6, U8, and U10 Divisions, most games are held at McNamara Elementary School on O’Brien Rd. There are occasional games held in Cato for U8 and U10 division games).

For the U12/U14 Division, games are held at several different locations.

Game Schedules for FALL 2017 will be posted by late August.  

Note that some U8, U10 Boys, and U12/U14 Girls and Boys games will be held in CATO or Liverpool.
