Girls Conditioning 6-weeks with Coach Jen M.

Girls Conditioning. U12 and over. Mondays 4 - 5 pm @ OAS. March 16,23,30 April 13,20,27. Rain dates: May 4 & 11.
 
Cranford High School Girl’s Varsity Soccer coach Jen Michewicz will run a 6 week strength, agility, and conditioning clinic for girls U12 and older in the Cranford Soccer Club.  Each one-hour session will consist of an active warm up, speed and agility training, body strength exercises, a mix of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning drills, and a cool down.  Athletes will use training tools such as speed and agility ladders, hurdles, boxes, and jump ropes.  Drills and exercises will be tiered to match the age and ability of the athletes in the program.   The goal of the program is to help improve overall strength and conditioning in a fun and encouraging environment.
